WELLNESS

Enjoy massages, wellness, a swimming pool with a counter-current system and whirlpool area, as well as 4 types of saunas, including a sea-climate sauna. All wellness areas are connected by a central meeting space in the shape of an amphitheatre with a heated bench, along with a relaxation room featuring loungers and soothing music.

 

Wellness is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM.

 

Children under 18 years of age are allowed only when accompanied by an adult. Swimwear is required in the pool area, and sauna sheets are available for you to borrow.

Finnish sauna

Classic Finnish sauna with a temperature of approximately 80–100°C and humidity levels of 10–15%.

For cooling down, both a plunge pool and cooling showers are available.

TEPIDaRIUM

The tepidarium is a room with a temperature of approximately 35–40°C, heated by radiant warmth from the walls, floor, and benches.

At Esmarin, it also features the unique SeaClimate experience — a fine salt mist from the Dead Sea combined with ionized air.

AROMATIC STEAM BATH

The steam sauna is a warm mist bath.

Temperature around 45°C, humidity up to 100%.

Infra sauna

A stay in the infrared sauna gives the body energy and inner balance in a similar way to standing in warm sunlight after a long winter and absorbing much-needed energy.
